YINGMING WANG

As Managing Director of the Pudu Group, Yingming has built up a range of technology and property businesses including Epern Telecom Co. Ltd., Beijing’s largest privately owned ISP. He is also involved in China Digital Kingdom an internet datacentre development business in China.

ZORN WONG

With nearly 10 years of management experience and professional skills in the new energy field, Zorn has extensive industry resources having worked at Smart New Energy Technology Co. Ltd and Longyuan Green Energy Co. Ltd. Zorn was the General Manager of Zorn Asset Management where he was responsible for the financing planning and execution of several large-scale new energy projects.

DR DENG MU

Dr. Deng is an experienced risk management professional and has previously worked at Singapore Risk Management Institute and OCBC Bank group. In 2020, Dr Deng co-founded D&I Technology Pte Ltd which specialises SoC/MCU design, FPGA solution for computing acceleration and ALM modelling as well as financial derivatives pricing. Dr. Deng holds a PhD in Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

PHILIPPE COMPAGNON

Philippe has worked as a Deputy Business Unit Director with IDEMIA, a leading company in secure ID and biometrics technologies. Philippe was previously an executive of SAGEM, a French defence electronics, consumer electronics and communication system supplier and manufacturer.

TREVOR FOX

Trevor is an experienced executive with experience in strategic planning, finance, technology and governance and compliance. Trevor has previously worked with Sappi Limited, Coca-Cola, GM Holden and USG Boral. He holds a Bachelor in Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons). Trevor is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and of the Australian Institute of Directors.

DAVID XU

David has worked as a Certified Practising Accountant for over 15 years with both ASX listed and private companies. He also led a team as sales & marketing manager for more than 7 years when he worked in the industrial equipment & vehicles industry in China, prior to joining Rectifier Technologies in 2013.

David has a Bachelor of International Trade from Renmin University, a holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University.

NIGEL MACHIN

Nigel was a founding director of Rectifier Technologies Pacific and has been involved in all its product development since. Before Rectifier Technologies, Nigel was involved in induction melting equipment at Inductotherm Melting, in sound reinforcement power amplifiers for professional audio at Clockwork Audio, then in telecom power supplies at Ausmode/Exicom. He has published 8 papers and holds two current patents.

Nigel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Melbourne.

NICHOLAS YEOH

Nicholas joined Rectifier Technologies in 2008 as a software development engineer and later transitioned to a sales role within the group. He brings commercial leadership and technical input to the management team, fundamental in identifying new markets and promoting business growth for Rectifier Technologies.

Nicholas holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from University of Melbourne.

PAUL DAVIS

Paul joined Rectifier Technologies in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in R&D. Prior to Rectifier Technologies, he worked in various R&D companies specialising in the management of software development. Now Paul manages the operations of Rectifier Technologies Pacific in Melbourne including Engineering, Manufacturing, OH&S, HR, environmental, quality, IT and software development.

Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Tasmania.

UJ TAN

UJ has over 20 years of manufacturing experience and has been involved in establishing factories across Asia. He brings a deep understanding of production processes, supply chain management and continuous improvement strategies to maximise Rectifier Technologies’ potential, enhancing our manufacturing capabilities into the future.

UJ has a Bachelor of Major in Management from the National University of Malaysia and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland.

HASAKA MARTIN

Mr. Martin has over 15 years of experience working with listed companies both internally and through corporate service providers and has worked across several industries. Hasaka is an appointed Company Secretary for several listed and unlisted companies. He is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mr. Martin holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and postgraduate qualifications in corporate and securities law.
